Shipping Process

All Rubeij pieces are made to order, embracing a conscious approach to production. These pieces are not pre-stocked, but are individually handcrafted after purchase. Each ring features natural variations, making every piece truly unique.

Please allow approximately 14 business days from the date of your order for your item to be ready for pickup in Paris or shipped worldwide.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.

Customers outside Europe are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local requirements.

Size guide

You can find your ring size by using a ring sizer tool, getting it measured at a local jeweler (often free of charge), or following online tutorials that show how to measure it at home with simple methods or apps.
